Today in the world, it seems like people are losing more of their freedoms all the time. Many are intimidated and afraid of what other people will think of them. Taking a stand for freedom is not always the easiest thing to do, but it will bring you peace knowing that you did not lower your standards or compromise your beliefs. It seems that the world is now a less friendly, and a more hostile, place to live, with people who really do not care about other people, but instead they are greedy, self-reliant and selfish. They also are quick to judge and malign people by being critical, condemning and uncaring to them, often disregarding the truth and the facts. Many people no longer live by The Golden Rule, and instead try to muzzle, intimidate, and silence anyone who does not agree with them or act like them. Freedom of speech, and freedom of religion, are increasingly being restricted and limited through intimidation and laws. The politically correct movement desires to force people into a standard of behavior, where they refuse to abide by the moral laws and beliefs they hold dearly.

People today seem to get offended so easily, and like to control the behavior of others around them, shaming and controlling them, in order to prevent them from expressing their beliefs and opinions. The United States of America was founded on the principles of freedom of speech and religion, to combat persecutions that the founders of the country previously experienced in other countries where they had been targets of oppression. It is the time for Christian Believers, who are the church, to demonstrate God's Love through Jesus to others.

We are to be muzzled no longer, but rather we are to be living epistles, positively representing God's Hope. Every Christian needs to actively pray for other people. We live in a lost and dying world today, with many people dying each day and going to Hell with no hope of receiving the gift of dwelling with God eternally. Christians need to be properly equipped and trained up in how to use God's Holy Word so as to boldly speak and properly represent Him. Any Christian that allows their faith in God and Jesus to be muzzled any longer, is not being obedient to God's Commands. Christians are called to love God, and to truly love other people, being examples of holiness and righteousness, which come only through Jesus Christ, living godly lives, and abstaining from worldly pleasures and from all sins. You must carefully guard the words that you speak. "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." Proverbs 18:21. "...That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned." Matthew 12:36-37.

You need to continually renew your mind with the washing of God's Word, and know all of the promises you have been given through Jesus Christ, and actively walk in them. Be careful what you permit to get into your mind and in your heart. Your job is to speak life, through Jesus Christ, into other people. Speak blessings, not curses. Deliver hope to people through Jesus Christ. If you do not yet have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, pray, and repent of your sins to God in The Name Of Jesus, asking for the forgiveness of all your sins. Find a church where you may be baptized, identifying with Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection, and be able to be taught God's Word. Be disciplined, and read The Holy Bible, and pray for God's Wisdom and His Help.

Stop thinking about your self, and instead consider the needs of others above your own needs. Pray for others to come and know Jesus Christ and be saved. Support evangelism, ministers, and missionaries who are doing the work of spreading The Gospel Of Jesus, providing various outreaches, and teaching The Bible to others. Jesus Christ died on The Cross to give you eternal life. He desires you to have active faith, and not muzzle it. Prayer changes things. Do not compromise your faith, water down God's Word, or try to please people. You are to lovingly and boldly proclaim The Gospel, and The Truth, so that people can be saved from destruction.
